KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Welcome guests warmly and provide basic information about the resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support handling of guest inquiries, requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with reservation updates, room assignments, and coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality of guest information in accordance with company policies.
• Support cashiering tasks such as posting charges, preparing bills, and handling payments under supervision.
• Participate in training sessions, briefings, and on-the-job learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support smooth front office operations.
