Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for a member for our Customer Service team. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Type orders from customers in SAP
• Handle incoming requests from customers via telephone and e-mail
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
• Native or close to native level in French (additional language skills is an advantage)
• English at communication level
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Has previous experience in customer service
• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
• Well organized and has a high level of empathy
• Ability to use MS Office, familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Detail oriented and fast learning
