• Responsible for implementing the Korean Market in Melia Vinpearl Hotels in Central

• Analyses the competition and reports on trends.

• Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy, ensuring optimal implementation of the standards, operations and identity manuals that apply to their department.

b. Performance

• Educate and promote the hotels products to the B2B Travel Partners to increase sales and brand recognition.

• Participate with travel industry partners such as Tour Operator, Airlines, Corporates, Tourism Boards, Travel Agency Organizations and consortia and make strategic recommendations to maximize performance.

• Organize promotional activities to position Melia Vinpearl Hotels brand and value proposition.

• Focus on Key Account Management approach

• Ensure the execution of the sales actions signed in the marketing agreements with Tour Operators.

• Develop new accounts strategy and business opportunities.

• Research and project market trends and competitive studies, ensuring that property action plans reflect relevant actions.

• Comply in a timely manner with all reports as required by MHI Regional office.

• Create Strategic Sales Actions for assigned territory as part of the departmental Sales Action Plan

Term of contract: 1 year contract

• Probationary period: 2 months

• Salary: open for dealing

• Working hours: 44 hours/week. 5.5 working day/week

• Accommodation+ Meal + Laundry: open for dealing

• Point of hire/return: 1 economic air ticket when receiving the job and another 1 air ticket when ending the contract

• Medical & Insurance: International high end insurance

• Visa, work permit, residence card: all related cost charged by hotel

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification equivalent in Business Administration, Hotel management or related field.

• Excellent English, Korean skill in both writing and speaking

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or hotel sales setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team

• Strong knowledge of Korean market and business trends

• Strong negotiation & Excellent communication skills.
