Your Job
Assist the Manager in overseeing the operations of the Stamping workshop, ensuring smooth production processes, efficient use of resources, and alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on supervising production activities, creating a culture aligned with MBM principles, and driving continuous improvement within the workshop.
Our Team
You will be part of the CCS Division and report to the Manager of Stamping. In this role, you will collaborate with Production Control, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to ensure effective coordination and continuous improvement of stamping operations.
What You Will Do
Manage production planning, maintenance schedules, production line rotations, downtime, and material consumption in the workshop.
Foster and promote a Market-Based Management (MBM) culture among workshop employees.
Utilize SAP to update data in a timely manner and leverage insights for operational improvements.
Train subordinates on product specifications, machine and die specifications, quality controls (QC tools), and kaizen principles.
Supervise maintenance and material handling activities, ensuring optimal spare parts and sub-material consumption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workshop operations and ensure seamless production.
Contribute to the development of PFMEA, standards, work instructions, and procedures to optimize production processes.
Lead compliance with 7S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and social responsibility standards while protecting company assets.
Support and participate in TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management to drive operational excellence.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
A college degree or higher (preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in stamping processes, maintenance practices, and production functions.
Skilled in problem-solving, defect detection, and measurement instrument operations.
Strong supervision, training, and coaching skills, with proficiency in SAP and basic English or Japanese proficiency.

Advanced knowledge in product functionality, stamping processes, and kaizen methodologies.
Exceptional skills in creating standards, instructions, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with performance assessments and effective human relation management.
Familiarity with additional languages or advanced technical certifications.- Working hours: Monday to Friday, with almost Saturday off per month (8 Saturday needs go to work on 2025)
