- Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to develop a clear vision and concept for each new restaurant. - Create detailed design plans and construction schedules. - Develop and manage budgets for the interior design and construction phases. - Ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints - Identify and contract with suitable architects, interior designers, construction firms, and suppliers. - Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for the projects. - Ensure that all interior designs and construction adhere to local building codes and regulations. - Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction. - Maintain high-quality standards for the design, materials, and construction processes to ensure they align with the brand‘s image and standards. - Supervise the construction and renovation process, making sure that work is progressing according to the design plans and timeline. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, including building owners, government agencies, and technical partners. - Work closely with culinary teams, project managers, and marketing departments to ensure that the interior design supports the overall restaurant concept and brand image. - Prioritize safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers and staff. - Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design and construction practices where possible. - Address any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process and find practical solutions. - Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and the New Store Business Development Department. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that design and construction meet the company‘s quality standards. - Oversee the final touches and preparations for the restaurant‘s grand opening, including staff training and operational readiness. - Evaluate the performance of the interior design and construction after the restaurant‘s opening, making necessary adjustments for future projects. - Seek opportunities to improve interior design and construction processes and practices for ongoing refinement and efficiency. ***WORKING RELATIONSHIPS - Internal : Interact with all departments; Interact with all stores, factory belong to Pizza 4PS - External: Contractor; Old and new suppliers; Landlord and/or Board of management; Government office ------------------------------

- Bachelor‘s Degree: A bachelor‘s degree. The specific field of study may vary, but degrees in Civil engineering, or a related field.. - Business-related Certifications: Certifications in areas such as Project management, F&B industry may be beneficial. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project design and implementation management, particularly in the F&B restaurant or construction industry. - Relevant Work Experience: F&B industry - Comprehensive understanding of design and construction processes, as well as project cost and time management. - Proficiency in using project management software and reporting tools to ensure transparency and efficiency in project management. - Proficient knowledge and experience in technical infrastructure such as Mechanical and Electrical (ME) systems, Fire Protection systems (PCCC), and Gas systems. - Proficiency in reading and applying technical drawings and documents related to the project. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, including building owners, government agencies, and technical partners. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, multinational team. - Ability to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, as well as propose and implement preventive measures. - Proficiency in predicting and resolving issues that arise during project implementation. - Willingness and ability to travel and work on projects in various provinces.
