We are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development to drive TAPTAP's sampling and loyalty campaign solutions for FMCG brands. Your role will focus on leveraging your FMCG marketing expertise to create value-driven partnerships with brands.
And his/her responsibilities:
* Brand Partnerships & Campaign Development (70%)
- Develop and maintain relationships with FMCG brand teams and marketing stakeholders
- Design and propose sampling and loyalty campaign solutions that align with brands' marketing objectives
- Leverage your FMCG industry experience to provide strategic insights on consumer behavior and campaign effectiveness
- Create compelling proposals that demonstrate the ROI of TAPTAP's sampling and loyalty solutions
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on sampling activities and loyalty program implementation
- Coordinate with brand teams to optimize campaign performance and drive consumer engagement
* Operation Support (30%)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sampling and loyalty campaigns
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams throughout campaign lifecycle
- Document campaign learnings and best practices for future reference
- Contribute insights from FMCG perspective during product development discussions

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Around 5 years of experience in one of the following:
- Brand/Marketing Executive or Manager role in FMCG companies
- Account Executive/Manager role in marketing agencies handling FMCG clients
- Marketing role directly managing sampling or loyalty programs
- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and consumer activation campaigns
- Experience in planning and executing sampling campaigns or loyalty programs
- Proven track record of working directly with marketing departments of FMCG companies
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns in FMCG sector
- Background in consumer promotions and brand activation
- Understanding of retail marketing and POS activities
- Experience with trade marketing initiatives
