Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and access the workforce based on the needs of the business.
Performance Management: Analyze and interpret recruitment data to measure the success of hiring strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment events, referral programs, and partnerships, to reach and attract workforce.
Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficient candidate selection and timely onboarding.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to develop their skills and maximize their effectiveness.
Project Management: Responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing projects related to recruitment or recruitment source development in order to drive performance and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment/HR. Functional knowledge in E-Logistics and substantial experience in recruiting blue-collar labor resources related to this industry will be an advantage
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills in particular the ability to guide and coach team members
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written to communicate with various stakeholders
