- Create unforgettable welcome experiences and thoughtful farewells for our guests, by tailoring guest interactions according to
- individual guests’ needs when they dine at your restaurants.
- You always acknowledge guests and remember important information as guest names, preferred seating and favourite aperitifs
- You have extensive knowledge about activities in Resort and the rest of Phu Quoc Island, allowing you to give guests
- recommendations in order to optimize overall guest experience
- You have the knowledge to operate Opera System, sort out Guest in House report, VIP of the day and Accor Member list and share the
- information to all colleague before operation time
- Take charge of managing the guest proles in the restaurant management system and update important guest information, such as:
- dining preferences, dietary restrictions and preferred seating
- You have the ability to use suggestive selling as a way to complement services inside the resort, resulting in higher average spending
- and increased revenue
- You have the knowledge to operate the Point of Sale system and assist the team in handling payments and recording orders through
- the POS
- You are responsible for managing the reservation channels and ensures that bookings are conrmed according to the standards,
- resulting in a positive rst impression
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
