Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Works closely and effectively with the Vice President to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the VP.
- Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkers and external partners
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
