We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is integral to the smooth running of the organization, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Daily Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of all office activities and operations.
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact for all staffs, including communicating with department heads and relaying important information or policy changes from upper management.
• Employee Productivity: Implementing incentives and strategies to enhance employee productivity.
• Staff Supervision: Overseeing the work of office employees, counseling those struggling in their roles, and ensuring they meet deadlines and company standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
• Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to come in night shift when necessary.
