Responsibilities:

1. Incubation Program Lead:

• Drive the setup and management of the incubation program, overseeing the entire process from ideation to product launch.
• Leverage expertise in product development methodologies to guide cross-functional teams through the development stages.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met on schedule.

2. Team Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and domain experts, to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to guarantee smooth execution of projects.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including potential partners and investors.
• Report program progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for the incubation program, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

• 5-7 years in product development, innovation management, or related roles. Preferably in tech companies
• Proven experience in building and operating incubation or innovation programs
• Experience in coaching and managing cross-functional team with junior members
• Excellent in attention to details and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

3. Technical requirements

• Strong understanding of product development processes, including concept validation, market research, and feasibility analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, user testing and performance metrics analysis.
• Familiarity with product management tools (roadmaps, user stories, MVP definition) and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
