Job Descriptions:

1. Recruitment activities

• Comply with the Company's requirements and policies on recruitment process
• Receive recruitment needs from superiors, clarify job description.
• Establish and implement recruitment activities.
• Build a candidate data source suitable to the Company's recruitment needs.
• Search and select suitable candidates, consult and introduce candidates to the position, working environment, and benefits of the Company.
• Screening CVs, organizing interviews, synthesizing results after interviews, negotiating offers.
• Welcoming, arranging seating, integrating new employees.
• Conduct recruitment market information surveys as requested by Management when needed.

2. Operation activities in Hanoi branch

• Connecting teamwork in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices (Organizing Team building, monthly and quarterly birthdays for Company employees with team Activities).
• Monitor human resource support during work.
• Buy, sell and distribute stationery and snacks monthly.
• Manage documents, receive and send letters from HCM-HN.
• Welcoming customers when they visit the office.

Requirements:

• Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics... or related majors.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment at IT and IT Outsourcing companies.
• Know about IT services and the labour market.
• Dynamic, good communication skills, negotiation skills, persuasion and good work management skills.
• Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as work well in groups.
