Are You Looking to Build a Career That Contributes to a Brighter Future?

  • Developing account development strategy for oil & gas segment aimed at increasing sales volumes in the region capitalizing on the brand value for achieving overall consistent & stable growth in revenue.
  • Developing new business opportunities and ensure Hempel is well specified in the segment and with the targeted accounts while working closely with Sales Team.
  • Primary Hempel point of contact for the selected key accounts, initiating and maintaining relations at all management levels and locations,
  • Accountable for performing in-depth market research and competition analysis in oil & gas segment.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support marketing strategies & promotional events & activities for increased brand awareness and demand.
  • Educating, creating awareness and communicating –current scenarios, opportunities and way forward for oil & gas segment to relevant internal stakeholders regularly
  • Sharing of Projects & Technical Learning within the team.
  • Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews to support sales team achieving its sales targets

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Business
  • Post Graduation in Engineer & Management – Preferred not mandatory
  • Exposure to Oil & Gas segment – preferred and ideal.
  • At least 10 years of overall experience & minimum of 5 years in oil & gas segment exposure, and experience with cross- border projects
