The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive guest acquisition, retention, and market expansion for the company’s hospitality services. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and sustained business growth.
- Research, identify, and propose suitable KOLs/Influencers aligned with the brand positioning.
- Analyze audience insights, follower demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and overall brand fit.
- Build and continuously update a KOL database across different markets (Vietnam / Korea / Japan / Taiwan, etc.).
- Reach out to and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies.
- Negotiate fees, benefits, and deliverables (posts, reels, vlogs, stories, reviews, booking links, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, content briefs, and implementation timelines.
- Monitor the content production process.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Front Office, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for KOLs at outlets/hotels/restaurants.
- Ensure KOLs deliver all agreed deliverables on time and as committed.
- Track campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, bookings, traffic, and revenue (if tracking links are available).
- Prepare performance reports and propose optimization strategies for future campaigns.
- Analyze performance between paid KOL campaigns and barter collaborations (stay/meal exchange).
- Support AI-based video creation and assist with other marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Influencer/KOL Marketing.
- Experience working with KOLs in F&B, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write briefs and proposals in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance.
- Proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, especially with a systems-thinking mindset and the ability to apply AI tools effectively in daily work.
