1. Interpreter & Translation Task:

• Provide accurate and timely translation of written documents between Vietnamese and English.
• Interpret in real-time for CEO in meetings, interviews, internal discussions, and when interacting with staff.
• Ensure smooth communication between CEO and both internal/external parties through clear interpretation.

2. Department Coordination & Information Flow Management

• Act as the primary contact point between the CEO and departments; gather information, identify issues, and summarize key points for the CEO. 
• Work closely with the CEO to analyze problems and propose operational solutions.
• Accurately communicate the CEO’s directives, decisions, and expectations to relevant departments.
• Monitor task progress, follow up with teams, remind deadlines, and prepare consolidated progress reports.
• Support the CEO in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and summary reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 4 years of working experience in any field; no specific major required.
• Strong English proficiency in all 04 skills, especially translation/interpretation.
• High EQ, open and positive communication style, able to build good rapport across departments.
• Clear, concise, and logical in conveying information.
• Proactive, willing to take on challenges, and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in coordination or working with multiple stakeholders is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work at the company office: Stella Garden, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi
• Working hours: 8:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, The last two Saturdays of each month
