Key Responsibilities

• Engage and support customers throughout the sales process using strong communication skills.
• Identify and understand guest requirements to design personalized travel experiences.
• Create unique customer journeys using destination knowledge and creativity.
• Coordinate closely with the reservations/operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Issue invoices, manage deposits, and close sales accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customer care during and after the trip.
• Offer travel advice including attractions, currency, customs, language, and safety.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the team leader.

What We’re Looking For

• Work authorization in Vietnam and strong understanding of the local travel market.
• Experience as an English-speaking travel consultant/travel designer (minimum 1 years preferred).
• Solid destination knowledge within Vietnam and Indochina.
• Understanding of customer behavior in key markets such as North America, Europe, and Australia.
• A passion for travel, with curiosity for discovering unique and authentic experiences.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a small team.
• Ability to manage demanding clients and work under pressure.
• Strong English communication (speaking & writing).

For Senior Positions

• 2-3 years of experience handling US, Australian, and European markets.
• Deep knowledge of tourist routes across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand.
• Experience in B2C travel consulting within the Indochina region.
