We are the Authorized Distributor of Beckhoff Automation and AVEVA Software in Vietnam, delivering advanced solutions from motion control and IPC to SCADA, HMI, MES, and cloud integration.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial acumen to join our growing team and lead solution sales focused on Beckhoff (hardware) and AVEVA (software) technologies.
Job Responsibilities
1. Solution Sales
- Understand customer automation challenges and provide technically sound solutions using Beckhoff IPC, I/O, motion control, and AVEVA Edge, InTouch, System Platform, MES.
- Conduct solution presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concept projects for clients.
- Promote combined hardware–software value to differentiate our offering in competitive projects.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Identify key customer requirements and work with internal teams to deliver suitable, scalable, and cost-effective automation solutions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for project discussions, technical queries, and solution recommendations.
3. Proposal and Deal Management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals including product selections, system architecture, and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for deal registration, special price requests, and order process via AVEVA APAC Portal (SPR, DR, OPA) and Beckhoff quote tools.
- Work closely with the admin/marketing team to register deals and track key opportunities.
4. Product & Market Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices from Beckhoff and AVEVA.
- Continuously build expertise in PC-based control, real-time motion, MQTT, OPC UA, cloud dashboarding, SCADA, and MES technologies.
- Support customers and partners with solution knowledge to empower their business growth.
5. Sales Monitoring & Reporting
- Track pipeline, forecast, and close rates using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales activity reports and performance metrics for internal review and planning.
- Share field feedback on market trends and competitive movement.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, IT, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation or software solution sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of Beckhoff, motion control, and/or AVEVA software (SCADA, HMI, MES) is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and manufacturing IT.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and end users in sectors such as food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or water treatment.
- Proficient in English (reading technical docs, email, presentations).
- Willingness to travel domestically to meet clients.

- Saturday: 8:00-12:00
