JOB DESCRIPTION:

*** Recruitment

• Monitor and control headcount and personnel requisition (PR).
• Supervise and consolidate recruitment activities in alignment with headcount planning.
• Develop effective sourcing plans for general labor recruitment.
• Evaluate and manage recruitment channels for optimal performance.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to recruitment, employee movement notifications, social/health/unemployment insurance, PIT (personal income tax), and dependent declarations.
• Manage and participate in interviews for positions from Supervisor Level 1 (SV1) and above.
• Supervise onboarding processes and monitor probationary periods for new hires.
• Ensure accurate employee information is maintained in the HRIS.
• Organize and maintain personnel files; handle file return processes for resigning employees.
• Maintain personnel documents following color coding and 5S standards.
• Manage offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews (SV1 and above), and report on orientation outcomes.
• Oversee issuance and collection of staff ID cards and related matters.
• Manage all resignation requests (formal resignation, sudden departures, and unnotified resignations).
• Coordinate and execute annual health check-ups.

*** Management:

• Set, evaluate, and monitor KPIs for the recruitment team.
• Liaise with site teams to consolidate reports: weekly/monthly recruitment reports, recruitment KPIs.
• Organize and manage team-building/outing activities for the Southern region.
• Provide training and guidance for Admin team members on essential skills.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or other related fields

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment supervision

Good communication skills in English or Japanese

Strong skills in:

• Work planning and execution
• Observing and evaluating people
• Effective communication, confidence, and presentation
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities
