Job Description

Be responsible for key performance indicators of Customer service (CS) Operations.
Be responsible for inbound customer contacts and follow backlogs movement.
Manage daily CS operations (BPO) and ensure their performance reaches the targets of productivity, accuracy, response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage & Monitor CS performance (OKRs, E2E flow performance, stakeholders performance)
Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years working in a fast-paced environment; preferably experience in e-commerce / tech-startup or relevant industries
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a relevant position which manages project >10 agents.
High level of critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill to keep track of performance & generate reports to top management.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align process with counterparts from other functions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communications skill, fluent in speaking & writing English.
