Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our Game Publishing team at Superminds—a subsidiary of Apero. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with high-potential game studios. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of published games, ensuring the successful launch of chart-topping hits, and contributing to the overall growth of Superminds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Secure New Partnerships:

• Research and identify high-potential game studios worldwide for collaboration.
• Initiate contact, pitch Superminds' publishing services, and negotiate partnership deals.

1. Manage and Nurture Studio Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with game studios to foster trust and collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner studios, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

1. Drive Business Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand Superminds' portfolio of published games.
• Close deals with studios that demonstrate high potential for success.

1. Collaborate with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the production, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for partner studios.
• Facilitate collaboration between Superminds and partner studios throughout the game development process.

1. Market and Industry Analysis:

• Conduct research on industry trends, potential subvertical, and competitive landscapes.

1. Contribute to Brand Building:

• Support Superminds' branding efforts by creating engaging content, developing company profiles, and participating in marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, but experience in business development, game/app publishing, IT outsourcing sales, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Passion for the mobile gaming industry and willing to gain a strong understanding of market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and studio potential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
