We’re on the lookout for a passionate Salesforce Developer (Junior) to join our growing team. If you're eager to dive into the Salesforce ecosystem, work on meaningful projects, and expand your skill set with strong mentorship and exposure to public sector clients — this role is for you!

What will you do?

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and clients to bring ideas to life
• Develop robust, scalable custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
• Customize objects, workflows, validations, and approval processes to support business needs
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, 3rd-party tools)
• Participate in technical planning, estimations, and code reviews
• Ensure all solutions meet Salesforce security, performance, and best-practice standards
• Support data migration, sandbox management, and production releases

What We're Looking For

• Some hands-on experience with Salesforce development (projects, internships, or freelance)
• Familiar with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model
• Experience (or willingness to learn) integrations with external systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins is a plus
• Agile/Scrum experience is a bonus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow long-term within the Salesforce ecosystem
