STAFF ACCOUNTANT (Middle/Senior)

? Location: 4F Artemis, No 3 Le Trong Tan, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

? Schedule: 5-day workweek, 9:00-18:00 from Mon - Fri (weekends off)

What You’ll Do:

·      Take ownership of all reconciliations before period closing: bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, intercompany, and other accounts.

·      Perform reclassifications and account adjustments; deliver timely and accurate reports.

·      Ensure full compliance with local finance and tax requirements.

·      Prepare budgets and analyze expense variances to help drive business decisions.

·      Manage bank payment authorizations; liaise with local banks and suppliers.

·      Work closely with external tax firms to ensure timely and accurate corporate income tax filings.

·      Generate and analyze Balance Sheets (BS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements monthly.

·      Support internal and external audits.

·      Stay up to date and apply Vietnamese tax and accounting policies.

·      Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed — your expertise will help us innovate and improve!

What We’re Looking For:

-      Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting or related field. CPA required.

-      4-5+ years of relevant experience (experience in multinational companies and Big 4 is a big plus).

-      Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with full accounting processes.

-      Experience with NetSuite/ERP is a plus.

-      Highly skilled in MS Office and finance tools.

-      Vietnamese Chief Accountant certificate is an advantage.

-      Strong written & spoken English skills (you will work in a multinational environment).

-      Excellent communication & coordination skills, strong team spirit.
