Purposes

• To lead a small team of personnel in HCMC, Vung Tau or other ports to perform these activities in a timely and cost-effective manner with a high level of communication and good customer service.
• To be able to be a team player and work with the Group and local team in a cohesive manner.
• To understand and evaluate business risk and contractual issues prior taking up a job with the company’s interest in mind.
• To work either directly with the appropriate authorities or sub-agents to arrange vessel clearances, obtain permits, provide ship husbandry services, technical servises & perform crew changes

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• To understand and generate a detailed PDA or quotations related to vessel clearance and crew management related services using in-house system.
• To lead and manage the agency team within in IL team in Viet Nam.
• Able to implement a transparent, mechanism for vendor management by negotiate competitive rates.
• Clear understanding of the customs and permit regulations related to vessel operation (both local and foreign flagged) in Viet Nam region
• Ensure team prepares documentation and invoicing in timely manner and per requirements.
• Supporting sales team with tender and inquiry.

Strategic Account Management

• Maintain and expand business opportunities, collaborating with the Commercial and Group team to drive growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Act as the main liaison for key account customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Provide customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance service delivery.
• Cultivate excellent services by delivering the operation on time & cost-effectively.

Financial Oversight

• Manage settlement, invoices, profit calculations.
• Identify and correct errors in supplier invoices while ensuring adherence to financial and quality controls.

Proposal & Contract Management

• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals by integrating quotations from all relevant parties.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare reports for senior management to assess key account performance and business progress.
• Other assignment as delegated by Reporting Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Preferred to hold a bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Maritime engineering related field.
• Good command of English language. 3rd Asian language will be added advantage.
• Min. 3 – 5 years of working experience in similar background
• Strong relationship with stakeholders in O&G, Renewable, Cable and Dredging industries
• Strong knowledge in O&G, Renewable, Cable and Dredging
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Project Management skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communicator
