- Provide IT support of local level, ensuring smooth operations for end-users.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (network, server and storage systems, security systems,...).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to plan and implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support IT operations.
* Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 ~ 17:00, Sat: 8:00 ~ 12:00.
* Working location: Him Lam Residential Area, District 7.
