Work Location: KCN Nhon Trach I, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai
1) Scheduler & Sales Order Management - 40%
• Review orders (materials & capacity) and issue to production.
• Read/confirm order review; coordinate customer queries.
• Create production schedules; run daily meetings with production.
• Handle ship‐date gaps with customers; revise schedules for abnormalities.
• Communicate delivery‐date changes promptly to all stakeholders.
• Work with production to expedite and keep jobs on schedule.
2) Customer Services - 15%
• Send order confirmations based on capacity.
• Answer delivery/planning questions; route quality/quotation to the right owners.
• Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
• Share weekly open‐order reports for cross‐check.
• Inform customers of delays or request early shipment approval.
3) On‐Time Delivery (OTD) Control - 15%
• Control WIP to maintain OTD.
• Attend Schedule Adherence (SA) meetings.
• Resolve planning issues and update SA reports.
• Coordinate cross‐functionally to secure OTD.
4) Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management - 30%
• Perform Goods Receipt in SAP/DMS.
• Issue materials to Work Orders/Cost Centers on time.
• Reconcile weekly inventory report vs physical count.
• Provide rolling material forecast to reduce raw‐material lead time.
• Prioritize rework/re‐class to lower inventory value.Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor's degree; major in Supply Chain/Industrial Management preferred.
• Experience: ≥3 years in Production Planning/Warehouse within manufacturing.
• Capabilities: Customer focus; planning & warehouse knowledge; strong communication/negotiation; self‐motivated team player; Excel & ERP proficiency; good English.
