- Gain proactive understanding of the Vietnamese cloud industry, identify important or prospective clients, locate important decision-makers, and determine what the needs of the clients are.
- Talk to clients in their language to establish rapport, win their trust, identify needs for products and technology, and create strong business prospects.
- Communicate with current and future clients on a regular basis to get important details about their business plans, finances, supplier status, organizational structure, and technical environment.
- Retain all levels of contact with customers, and build enduring technical and business ties to secure critical support.
- Help customers comprehend the technical value of Cloud solutions and their unique competitive advantages over our competitors based on an understanding of their industry and company background. Establish your position as the ideal partner for your customers.
- Clearly communicate to customers the competitiveness of standard product solutions and their business worth, either on your own or with the assistance of SA.
- Enable clients to embrace and use the company's Cloud products and technological solutions, help them make smarter decisions, and continue to add value for them through efficient resource integration.
- Convert business ideas into actual projects by using a variety of sales techniques like business negotiation and communication influence, and create win-win situations for clients.
- Customer feedback on issues that impact their experience and aid in the development of our goods and services.
- 7-15 years of To B sales or pre-sales related work experience, including at least 5 years experience in cloud area.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required, and Chinese is a strong plus.
- Interact independently with C-level customers to accomplish technical and business communication tasks.
- Recognize the business and digital transformation requirements of the customer, identify technical issues in certain business scenarios, and offer competitive solutions.
- Maintain control over the negotiations' speed, finish them on your own, and meet your goals.
- Recognize the technological advancements in the product domain, assess the technical features of related goods and their differences, and respond to frequently asked inquiries concerning product technology development trends from partners and clients.
- Identify and categorize important stakeholders for each customer with accuracy, and develop distinct communication plans for each customer.
- Take the initiative to provide a welcoming environment for conversation, pay attention to what others have to say, and clearly communicate your own thoughts.
- Possess strong service awareness and the ability to handle client issues
- Bachelor's degree or above
