• Welcome, seat, present the menus and bid farewell each guests is the most courteous manner

• Ensure high level of professionalism and friendliness towards the guests

• Answer all phone calls coming into the restaurant as per MGallery standards 

• Report any special requests to the Supervisor or Manager in charge

• Passionate for details

• Understand and implement all the MGallery brand standards in the daily operations

• Follow all instructions given by head hostess, restaurant manager and supervisors

• Communicate any guest complains or comments to Supervisors or Manager in charge
