Mô tả Công việc
The successful candidate will oversee the below activities:
• In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.
• Market research, historical data analysis.
• Monitor and analyze business performance.
• Merchandise allocation.
• Inventory Management.
• Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.
• Communicate with business partners in HQ.
Job Description
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
- Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
- Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
- For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
- Master file management.
- Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ procurement.
- Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry is a must.
- Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Thành lập từ năm 2006, Công ty cổ phần Chứng khoán VPS (VPS) - trước đây là Công ty cổ phần Chứng khoán Ngân hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng, đã trở thành một trong những công ty chứng khoán lớn nhất Việt Nam với vốn vốn điều lệ đạt 3.500 tỷ đồng và quy mô tổng tài sản 10.274 tỷ đồng tính đến thời điểm 30/06/2019.
VPS cung cấp các sản phẩm đa dạng, chất lượng cao, tạo nên giá trị gia tăng cho doanh nghiệp và nhà đầu tư, bao gồm: môi giới chứng khoán, dịch vụ tài chính, dịch vụ ngân hàng đầu tư, tư vấn tài chính và phân tích.
