1. In charge of government and leisure market in Hanoi
2. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry (Government and Leisure)
3. Researching and analyzing sales options.
4. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
5. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
6. Provides feedback of clients to direct supervisors/DOS/EAM and react with response on time.
7. Researches and recommending new opportunities;
8. Recommends profit and service improvements.
9. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
14. Makes weekly sales report/plan and monthly market overview by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
15. Composes proposals/contracts/confirmations to clients
16. Participating in sales trips/sales blitz and/or other campaigns/activities of sales & marketing department and/or upon company request.
17. Working closely with Danang Sales Team regarding group/FIT inspection trip/ operation of confirmed groups.
20. Research for new accounts
21. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
22. Meeting planned sales goals.
23. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
24. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
26. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
28. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
29. Promoting the organization and products.
30. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 Years' experience in the Government and Leisure segment
- Graduate of related to Sales and Marketing and Hospitality Industry College or University.
- Wholesale/ leisure sales experience is an asset.
