JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partnership: Search for and establish partnerships with domestic banks and foreign banks with branches in Vietnam to collaborate in areas such as payment connectivity (bank linking, e-wallet top-up/withdrawal), payment gateway integration, POS/SmartPOS/SoftPOS services, and agent banking. The goal is to provide optimal online payment solutions and micro finance services for users (merchants and end users). This also includes cross-sale cooperation related to bank account opening and expanding payment acceptance points.

2. Manage Existing Partners: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure sustainable and effective cooperation.

3. Analyze and Evaluate Opportunities: Analyze, evaluate, and plan the implementation of cooperation opportunities; provide suitable partnership recommendations for each customer segment.

4. Negotiate and Sign Contracts: Participate in negotiations and oversee the signing of cooperation agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and partners.

5. Support Project Implementation: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that cooperation projects are executed on schedule and with high efficiency.

6. Monitor and Report Performance: Track progress and performance of partner relationships; provide periodic reports to direct management and propose necessary adjustments.

7. Business Planning: Take primary responsibility for developing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the assigned scope.

8. Product & Documentation Development: Build and develop products (BRD), prepare documentation, conduct market research, and propose cooperation frameworks, fee policies, and business plans appropriate for each partner.

9. Performance Reporting: Set up business performance reports and provide recommendations to improve business results based on market and partner fluctuations.

10. Ensure Project Delivery: Ensure that direct or indirect projects are deployed on schedule, meeting all quality and timeline requirements; promptly report any issues or delays to direct management.

11. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales units, and other departments to build and execute joint launching campaigns with partners.

REQUIREMENT

●         Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field

●         Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fintech or payments industry

●         Strong technical acumen with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms

●         Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and assess market dynamics

●         Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain successful partnerships

●         Excelling proficiency in English

Would be a plus if have:

●          Previous experience in managing payment systems

●         Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
