1. Update & archive personnel and intern records 2. Monitor contract duration (i) Probationary contracts (ii) Review employee's expired contracts every month (iii) Send evaluation notice and request for contract extension (iv) Issue employee badges to employees who have completed the probationary period (v) Send written notice to employees in case IVC does not renew the contract with the employee 3. Draft and monitor the application of Decisions and Minutes: (i) Draft Decisions on appointment/dismissal/transfer (ii) Draft Salary Adjustment (iii) Draft Confirmation of work, ... (iv) Monitor and apply Issued Decisions (v) Notify relevant parties to coordinate implementation 4. Resignation process (i) Receive information and prepare resignation procedures (ii) Support employees to complete handover procedures 5. Policy implementation: Kaizen policy, Loyalty policy, Harmful policy, Retirement, ....
