Manage the internal communication of TC including internal app & communication channel
Manage, implement & monitor the OJM of company
Build up awareness programs about company’s vision, mission, core value
Other tasks assigned by manager
Prepare and manage budget effectively
Ensure information transmission throughout departments, to help each employee understand all BOD’s inform

Have exposure in creative assets and stuff
Having experience for at least 3 years in internal communications, internal events, corporate communications, employer branding or related field;
Strong organizational skills
Able to analyze, data- driven, and tech- savvy
Good English
Have exposure in human resources mindset and flow process;
