A. JOB PURPOSE:

- The job purpose of Data and Digital Business Partner is integral to merging our technical and business departments, facilitating the translation of complex data into actionable insights, and spearheading the strategic application of digital solutions across the company.

- Act as the primary intermediary between technical teams and business units, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication.

- Leverage Microsoft SQL Server to develop and execute complex queries, drawing critical data insights to support business decisions.

- Oversee the design and implementation of digital applications, including web and mobile platforms, to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate API integration to streamline system interoperability and enhance functionality across business applications.

- Manage local and international project initiatives, focusing on project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Develop and lead training sessions to drive effective adoption of new technologies, ensuring comprehensive user understanding and capability.

- Provide troubleshooting and first-level support for digital tools and systems, maintaining high standards of performance and user satisfaction.

- Promote a data-informed culture within the company, translating technical data insights into business-friendly communications.

B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1/ Management and Maintenance Applications

- Daily monitor all transactions within systems to ensure all their correctness and availability

- Assist in analysing and troubleshooting digital applications and data reporting issues reported by end users

- Provide online or online training to end-user

- Creating and updating documentation and procedures guidelines for digital applications to users

2/ Project Lead/Coordinator and Support

- Lead project as Project Manager or coordinate project as representative member of Data and Digital department

- Support testing, after care phase for all digital applications deployment within agreed scope

- Other duties as assigned.

3/ Data and Digital Business Partnering

- Communicate with business department to receive requirement, clarify needs and create documentation of requirement, with clear expected result. Then, discuss with Data and Digital department to find the suitable solution

- Analyse issue/problem to find root-cause and recommend action for correction, on both short-term and long-term perspective

- Analyse business requirement to understand the need, and may provide solution for new application/tool.

- Periodic checking user operation, to ensure processes are followed thoroughly, and provide training per request

- Expanding scope of use of application across department within BU, or across BU per request

C. RESULTS:

- Be able to provide efficient assistance to digital applications and data reporting users, training, resolution of issues in daily operation, on gathering new business requirements and guidance in the testing process

- Combine with project team to implement and rollout systems

- Documentation of requirements and explicit business expectation

- Result in data correction, process improvement or application bug fixing

- New application/tool

- Project deliverables

- Power BI report/dashboard

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s / Engineering’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

- Microsoft Azure cloud, Data Engineering, Power BI certification is an advantage. 

EXPERIENCES:

- 3-5 years of professional experience integrating Data/Digital solutions into business environments.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cloud environments, and Data Warehousing principles.

- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital applications (web and mobile) and API integrations.

- Proven project management skills.

- Prior exposure to the Animal Nutrition Feed industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
