Job Responsibilities

iKame is looking for an experienced Product Owner for the Mobile App. The ideal candidate will be able to translate strategic and product requirements into reality by overseeing the pre-production, production, and post-launch process.

The candidate should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and turn data into actionable, easy-to-understand insights to drive product success at every stage.

Product Feature Design

• Understand, analyze, and guide product development
• Identify and manage desired features in the Product Backlog
• Communicate comprehensive product information and requirements to the development team
• Write functional specifications for new features or improvements to existing one
  
  

Product Operations

• Monitor and analyze user feedback and statistics to understand user trends and behaviors
• Closely collaborate with the development team (client/server) to address issues and provide timely feedback
• Track progress and any issues related to the product along with stakeholders
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including mobile app design and development
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as UX/UI designers, developers, testers, and marketers
• Establish product metrics to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of each updateMonitor and analyze user behavior using tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
  
  

Requirements

Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of experience in the PO (Product Owner) role
• Graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in software development and mobile app product development
• Familiar with key product metrics
• Advantage: Experience working in an Agile environment

• Strong communication skills; Excellent English proficiency is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, research, and stay updated with new technologies
