Responsibilities

Ensure UI/UX Quality Across Mobile App Projects
Conduct thorough reviews and optimize the UI/UX across various projects.
Establish design standards and provide guidelines to the design team, ensuring consistency and product quality.
Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align product quality with business strategies.
Manage and Develop the UI/UX Team
Coordinate team resources, monitor progress, and control the quality of deliverables.
Build, train, and manage the UI/UX Design team, promoting creativity, teamwork, and efficiency.
Maintain and improve the team’s workflow and processes.
Establish a knowledge base for the team.
Work with the BOM and other departments to discuss and resolve common issues, improving organizational processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or app products (Mobile app experience preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
UI Expertise: Deep understanding of design rules, design systems, and styles across various product lines, with flexibility in application.
UX Expertise: Proficiency in creating wireframes, app experiences, and user flows.
Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with product development processes, market knowledge, product and marketing performance indicators.
