DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Managing the Guest Experience
• Intervene in any guest situation as needed to ensure guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Club Lounge.
• Empower Guest Relations team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Provide immediate assistance to guests as requested.
• Serve as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills.
• Set a positive example for guest relations.
• Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
• Ensure employees understand guests’ expectations and parameters.
• Interact with guests on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Record guest issues in the Glitch report and hand over to Duty Manager.
• Function as a Guest Relations Officer.
• Assist the Front Desk team in check-in and check-out to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Guest Relations Manager and Upper Management.
2. Assisting Human Resources Activities
• Observe service behaviors of Guest Relations team members and provide feedback to individuals.
• Conduct training sessions on Guest Services and Job related skills.
• Provide coaching and counseling to all subordinates to ensure personal and professional development.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets allocated.
• Celebrate successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.
• Support Department Head with the Employee Performance Review Process.
3. Serving as a Manager on Duty when needed
• Observe Property operations and ensure the highest level of service is well maintained.
• Represent the Property Management in resolving any guests’ related situations.
• Participate in investigation of guest incidents when necessary.
• Handle the tracking of guest service issues.
• Understand and, if necessary, implement all emergency plans including accident, death, elevator, thefts, vicious crimes, bombs, fire, etc.
• Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standards (SOPs).
• Assist Duty Manager in making all related reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. At least three years experience in a similar role in high volume hotels and/ or resorts.
2. Diploma in Hotel Management or related field, and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Extensive knowledge of the Opera system and other Computer systems.
4. Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
5. Ability to speak Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese as an advantage.
6. Excellent training and coaching skills.
7. Good management and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work shifts and under pressure.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least 5 years’ experience as Assistant Chief Engineer in scalable four or five star hotels/ resorts.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction/ engineering or related discipline.
3. Proven record of successful experience in management, budgeting, goal setting and achieving, all aspects of the building services.
4. Ability to demonstrate, motivational, leadership skills, problem solving, planning and organizing, decision making, prioritizing, delegating training and developing and producing results.
5. Excellent command of English.
