Your opportunity
- Provide IT sales proposal and follow up on the deal with sales force
- Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshot and rectify the IT related problem
- Configure Lab IT products to improve medical lab workflow and meet the needs of the customer
- Document all changes, modifications, scripts/program created on Lab IT software
- Conduct operator, applications, service training for customers and staff
- Promote and demonstrate Lab IT software to customers
- Provide progress report on project assigned
- Deliver service, preventive maintenance, software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule
- Source, develop, prepare and maintain training and literature materials
- Liaises with Regional or Global IT support to manage technical issues
- have bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering and Information Technology disciplines
- Have hands-on knowledge on computer hardware/ networking /Operating Systems / databases and programming languages
- Have nulti-national companies experience in the similar capacity level
- Preferable with medical laboratory experience
- Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
