I. Job Purpose/ Mục Đích Công Việc: In charge of mass recruitment for stores; build and manage candidate data sources to ensure recruit enough resources for stores II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc: Receive recruitment request of store & update status of the headcount Post job on internal and external channel, develop job posting and recruitment channels to search and attract candidates Searching candidates through online & offline channels, networking, internal & external relationship, forums, groups, career talk/seminars... Liaise all recruitment sources to build candidate database for store Screen resume & conduct interview for Store staff, Shift Leader & Store Manager to meet store's demand Research to diversify recruitment channels to enhance the effectiveness of store recruitment Carry out survey, statistics and reports related to recruitment and sourcing activities Support in organizing Recruitment events: Job Fair, Career Day, Campus...to enhance Employer Branding as well as ensure manpower fulfillment for store Guide new hires on on boarding process Conduct exit interview of store staff Other tasks are as assigned by Line ManagerCollege graduate or above, major in HR or relevant field Having 1 - 2 years working experience in mass recruitment is preferred Prefer having recruitment experience in Retail, F&B Willing to learn, quick approach on new job handled Good at interpersonal skill, hardworking, good people sense and adaptable Fluent in operating on Word, ExcelCompetitive salary 13th salary Insurance: Social Insurance + Premium health insurance for employees Annual leave: up to 15 days/year Yearly health check, performance evaluation to revise salary Employee engagement activities
