Mô tả công việc
- Daily allocate the work assignments to staff.
- Ensure that all assigned hotel rooms and apartments are cleaned and completed with standard amenities.
- Follow up maintenance needs and damages in all assigned areas.
- Ensure guests' complaints are promptly solved.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Department Head.
