JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist COO in Sales with Japanese Market.
-
Arrange meetings with Japanese customers (mainly project managers in NTT DATAJapan or NTT DATA Group companies)
-
Create agenda and contents of the meetings
-
Attend the above meetings and confirm requirements (scope, timeline, budget etc.)
-
Organize and file documents
-
Plan and participate in a social party with Japanese customers to make good relationships
-
Arrange the resources with NDVN PMs and make a proposal and a quotation
-
Negotiate with customers and close the deal
-
Manage Head of Application's schedules and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
-
Manage business card for Head of Application
-
Report to Head of Application Solution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Must: Native/fluent JP speak/read/write (no need to have a certification but equivalent to N1/N2 level)

Must: able to go on biz trips to HCMC/Danang, Japan, and other locations

Prefer: experiences living/working in Japan

Prefer: experience in sales
-
Prefer: experience working at an IT company
