* Internal Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
* Business transformation project:
- Communicate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Logistics, marketing,...) to understand and gather the initial requirements.
- Analyze requirements or ideas, and propose suitable approaches by description of process, logic, data flow, timeline, and template,...
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and control issue
- Work closely with the development team in project planning, product development, testing, and user training
