- Post jobs on TSS Job pages. Source, interview, assess and submit suitable candidates to clients. Arrange Interview between shortlist candidates and Client. Support candidates before & after onboarding. - Coordinate with Client representative: Receive client's request & perform services. Participate in meetings with client, conduct any communication relating the project. Make fee calculation and send invoices to clients. Monitor payment & collect debts. - Coordinate with HR staff for expat candidates' Visa, Work Permit, TRC process. Support project staff for Health Check, on-boarding, business traveling...). Closely cooperation with functional departments and BU members to perform TSS Admin jobs (PR, PO procedure). - Support in approaching new clients, making Quotation, Bidding, contract negotiation - Upload CVs and update recruitment progress on JobAdder platform. - Other duties assigned by Sr. Officer & managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA of Economics/Business/Social Science/Foreign languages. HR Management major is preferable - 2 years of HR & Admin experience. Experience in recruitment or C&B is preferable. Knowledge of VN Labor Law is advantage. - Good skills in MS Office, Excel - Fluent communication in English (4 skills) - Good communication skills, interview skills, teamwork spirit.
