- Receive recruitment requests from departments.
- Search for and screen CVs and application documents.
- Contact candidates to schedule interview appointments.
- Organize interviews to meet the company’s recruitment requirements.
- Send job offer letters to successful candidates.
- Carry out procedures for onboarding new employees.
- Store and manage employee records systematically.
- Assist in preparing company office documents.
- Organize and conduct training on professional skills and company culture for employees.
- Negotiate with candidates regarding working conditions, salary, and benefits as per company policy.
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age from 19 to 30 years old.
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication skills, flexible in handling situations.
- Knowledge of HRM is an advantage.
- Mastery of the recruitment process and candidate record management.
- Good communication skills in English.
