Job Description

Strategy & Planning

Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and the environment that they operate in to define detailed requirements.
Communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope.
Gather, organize, and synthesize large amounts of product information from various sources.
Identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution.

Acquisition & Deployment

Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Contributes to the conversion of business needs into functional designs and conduct product training as needed.

Operational Management

Identifies and manages gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models.
Ensure the team understands the product requirements and backlog and that the product is delivered at high quality.

Your Skills And Experience

At least 3 years in business analysis.
Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with trends in web standards, accessibility, and usability.
Being experienced in Agile environment, good logical thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking and problem solving.
Knowledge of standard business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder analysis.
Understanding of database systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proactive attitude and self-motivation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Logical and efficient.
