Overview:
We are looking for 02 BDEs in Translation & Localization industry, focusing on Outreach activities. The primary task is to perform Outbound Lead Generation, including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling. The secondary part is to perform Lead qualification and Deal closing.
While Translation & Localization may not be a familiar sector, you still can be a great fit if you can tick as many as possible of the following elements (in the order of priority):

3. B2B model
Job Description
- Generate new leads through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct sales calls to prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify and convert Outbound Leads into Clients
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written) are a must.
- Proven experience in Outbound sales, preferably in B2B environment.
- Comfortable and experienced in working with global clients.
- At least 2-year working experience in any field.
- Previous sales experience in a service business, IT outsourcing, SaaS or Technology sales is a big advantage.
- Possess the following characteristics: Diligent (proactively pursuing the company mission with a high degree of energy and self-discipline to ensure daily activity); Coachable (the ability to absorb and apply coaching); Curious (the ability to understand a potential customer's context through research, effective questioning and listening)
