· Organize and arrange tasks for sales consultants (SC) and store manager (SM).

· Implement the oriented marketing programs and sales activities.

· Resolves conflicts, handle customer’s complaints that related to sales activities.

· Propose the sales plant to increase sales.

· Recruit, train and develop SC and manage their performance.

· Propose sale policy, sales bonus policy for SC if any.

· Monitor and implement sales procedure and customer care policy.

· Work with related partner to build an effective management system for sale activities and to maintain target customers.

· Co-ordinate and delivery goods among stores. Ensure the minimum inventory in the store.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• From 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position. 
• Fluency in Cambodia (necessary) and English or Chinese (preferred)
• Graduate from college or higher level
• Experience in retails – Fashion and accessories
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good at Computer skills
