This position will principally be responsible for the development of Consumer and Digital Commercial business in Vietnam. This includes building up the strategy and action plan, setting up business capability and Partners network across the Country, under the direction of the Chubb Vietnam’s Head Partnership and of Business Development and Regional Head of Partnership Distribution/DM/ Travel/ Corporate/ Digital Managers.

Responsibilities

• Base on high level of knowledge about Consumer and Digital Commercial markets, competitive landscape and Chubb’s capability and business model, formulate and drive the strategy of Consumer and Digital Commercial Distribution as well as recommend measurable profitable production objectives which can be achieved through approved Consumer and Digital Commercial Distribution; action plan and implement tactical steps necessary to ensure financial & strategic plans are met for all business partners.
• Liaise with Regional Digital/ Travel/ Partnership/ Distribution/ DM/ Corporate teams, Communication and Legal & Compliance Teams to build up the Consumer and Digital Commercial distribution channels for Chubb Vietnam including integration, B2B, B2C, D2C and other e-commerce/digital models and applications with partners including but not limited Non-Airlines, Financial Services and others in different industries and channels as assigned.
• Be responsible for related system set up in Vietnam to grow the business, with the support from local and regional teams where necessary.
• Proactively initiate and coordinates with business partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, determining and responding to their business opportunities and needs. Coordinates with all products underwriting personnel, at Country and Regional Level to enhance the existing products, to design new products, and to finalize the solicitation material.
• Closely manage and serve the assigned business partners to meet the business objectives and the set of company’s financial requirement.
• Keep identifying new opportunities when there is a change in business partners’ products/distributions.
• Develop and maintain positive and substantive dialogues with business partners and own internal products and operations.
• Assists with the production of standard reports on a regular basis as required.
• In conjunction with relevant managers, train and develop effective work team.
• Develop and maintain a continuous program of self-improvement in conjunction with relevant management.
• Generally create an Chubb market presence by active participation in the development of Chubb Vietnam.
• Other works to be assigned from time to time.
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience:

5 years experienced or more in the insurance industry and relevant industries.

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management or related fields
• Knowledge of business, operating and financial models.
• Having some knowledge of MS. ACCESS is preferred

Skills

• Good Selling skill and project management skill are required.
• Proficient user in MS. office skills.
• Good communication skills, excellent time management skills.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English is essential.

Other Requirements

• Ability to conduct the insurance training courses to equip our Partners/ Sponsors/ Sales Network’s employees with general insurance knowledge and Chubb Insurance products to market and sell A&H/ IPL products.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and successfully execute objectives with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and resolve problems.
• Ability to present to internal/ external groups and influence strategic direction.
• Relationships with MNO/MNO service providers, Affinity Groups, Retail chains, alternative distribution channels and business partners as appropriate.
• Effective verbal and written communications in Vietnamese and English.
