What you will do
Deliver required KPIs of the assigned credit card for its best profitability;
Work with Data Analyst Team on dashboard(s) of product performance and analysis for problem solving;
Act as a project manager with internal direct stakeholders (Tech, Tech Product, ITBA, Finance & Accounting…) and external associated partner(s) (normally bank) to deliver the product roadmap and required KPIs;
Understand deeply on the product funnel and key reasons behind its performance;
Act as the main contact point for day- to- day operation of credit card product (e.g. handling customer queries, system issues, payment reconciliation,…);
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Hold responsibility of setting up, tracking and improving growth campaign(s) of the product in charge;
Monitor and enhance the assigned credit card product features and its overall performance;
What you will need
Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree, preferred in the study related to Business / Marketing;
Experience:
Min 02 years experiences in credit card business (including product policy);
SQL & Project Management are a plus.
Essential skills:
Problem Solving, Analytical, Presentation, Microsoft Office.
Personal characteristics:
Good at math / numbers;
Critical- Thinking, Aggressive, Open- minded, Curiosity.
