Administration and training management:
• Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials and classrooms.
• Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions.
Support in surveys and evaluations:
• Assist in developing and conducting surveys to assess trainee satisfaction and training effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement in training programs.
Document and resource management:
• Manage and maintain documentation related to training sessions, including attendance records, materials, and evaluations.
• Organize and update resources and training materials as needed.
Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for trainees regarding administrative inquiries.
• Collaborate with trainers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor's
degree in Civil Engineering is the plus.
• Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required.
• Previous experience in administrative support or a training environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with survey tools and data analysis is a plus.• Internship allowance, have an opportunity to become a full-time employee after 6-months internship
