Administration and training management: • Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials and classrooms. • Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment. • Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions. Support in surveys and evaluations: • Assist in developing and conducting surveys to assess trainee satisfaction and training effectiveness. • Gather and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement in training programs. Document and resource management: • Manage and maintain documentation related to training sessions, including attendance records, materials, and evaluations. • Organize and update resources and training materials as needed. Communication: • Act as a point of contact for trainees regarding administrative inquiries. • Collaborate with trainers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
