1. Operations: - Receive bookings from the sales team in Hanoi. - Input the data on the tour management/ tour plan. - Block services for series and follow per month (hotel, transportation, restaurant, water puppet, train ticket...). - Send bookings to suppliers and follow up on bookings. - Check all the information on the sale requests (kind of room/transfer, vegetation, argillic...) carefully, adjust if requested. - Reconfirm booking when having final. - Final all services on tour management for general OP confirm to sales. - Negotiate the price with suppliers. Check and control the service quality of suppliers. - Follow up the tour. Make the payment for suppliers. - Update the services of suppliers and report the cost to OPM at the end of the month. 2. Others Tasks - Send weekly/ monthly reports to the OP manager. - Build and maintain relationship with suppliers, frequently interact with suppliers to get updated information about the market. - All other duties as assigned by the manager.- At least 1 year in the same position - Good at using Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel...) - Have skills in communication/ listening/ interpersonal/ problem solving/ time management - Positive attitude, careful - Extensive destination knowledge - Flexibility to work overtime and on the phone.Competitive & attractive salary with incentives every 3 months and holiday bonuses.
